We are excited to introduce our new Customer Care Membership Program. This program has been developed to accomplish two goals. First, reduce your manufacturing cost by providing a 2% discount on all Tools and Supplies purchases. Second, enhance our technical support service by streamlining the process and establishing priority to address your machinery support needs

Norfield Customer Care Program membership benefits include:

• Unlimited phone support from professional service representatives with over 50 years of experience
  (A new $50 incident fee will be implemetd for nonmembers)
• Priority response for in field service calls
• No expediting fees on part orders
  ($25 fee for nonmembers)
• 2% discount on all T&S orders
• Premium fee waved for obsolete door machinery parts
  ( 25% premium for nonmembers)
• Access to our online parts and operators manuals for Norfield Door Machinery
