Terms of Sale

All orders are subject to prices and terms of sale in effect on the date of shipment. All price quotations, unless otherwise stated, expire 30 days from quotation date. Quoted prices do not included shipping fees or applicable taxes. Shipping dates and lead-time dates provided by Norfield Industries are approximate and shall not be deemed to be fixed or guaranteed. All cancellations of orders must be approved by Norfield Industries and are subject to penalties associated with such cancellation, if applicable. Goods returned for any reason other than warranty claim will be subject to reasonable restocking fees. Under no circumstances will return goods be accepted after 60 days from the date of shipment. Products which have been made or modified to specification of the customer (Specials) may not be returned. Shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstance.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from norfield.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
